Get featured!

Since the launch of blogsmalaysia, editors at blogsmalaysia have only approved an average of 3 posts daily. There is a long list of suspended recommends that do not make the cut.
It’s not a very strict system, the voting one that we go through. If a recommended article gets 3 positive votes, it’s good to go. If two editors decide that it’s not good enough, then the post gets suspended. Which explains WHY some of your posts never appear here.
This also means that whatever goes on the main page, is a pretty good read. It’s good shit. That’s the point of blogsmalaysia, really. The focus is on good content, good reads, interesting stuff and things that might be get to a trend.
So obviously, if you’ve been featured before, you can proudly display your very own blogsmalaysia badge on your site. The official one is the one above, by our resident designer Danny.
And then eyeris got so excited, he did another.

You may contribute to the list. And then maybe we’ll have a column specially for promo packs. Have fun!

Discussion
Agree that the posts are all good. Good enough for someone to make an effort to type out that form, then for a panel to approve it. It’s probabyl easier to get published in say, Nature or National Geographic :P
found the certified banners too large for my liking so created a 88×31 version which i have put up on my blog if no one objects ;)

Don’t forget to mention that it’s in transparent GIF format. Therefore, it should work quite nicely with all backgrounds. I’d have actually used PNG but you know how good IE is to all of us. roll eyes
